Nur-Sultan & back for United - podcast #73

Astana 2 v Manchester United 1. Another away defeat for United, but no negativity from us about the result. The young lads that travelled to Nur-Sultan, the capital of Kazakhstan, got some good game time under their belts and all the debutants will remember that forever.

I’m not going to name names, some lads did better than expected, some didn’t, but that happens in games like this. It was United’s youngest ever team to play in Europe and they could have won the game, but a couple of mistakes at both ends of the pitch cost us. I enjoyed seeing them out there playing anyway.

Oh and just a quick message to all the United away support that headed out there for the game. I know a few of them that went, superb effort and safe travels back to Manchester.
