Two points dropped late on - podcast #109

Manchester United 2 v Southampton 2. I knew United were due a slip up and honestly, I expected it this week, but I’m still absolutely gutted it happened so late in the game tonight. Southampton played well though, especially in the first twenty minutes when they pressed United high up the pitch and made us make so many mistakes.

United though looked dangerous though every time they got forward and I suppose that is the frustration, if chances are taken we’re 4-1 up. However, overall United looked tired tonight and then we’re down to 10 men in the dying minutes due to a head injury for Williams and no more substitutions allowed. Most annoying.
