Tottenham Hotspur 0 v Manchester United 3. For me, there is absolutely nothing like being a red. That’s a fact. Last Sunday was an absolute disaster as a fan. Losing to them lot in that matter was a disgrace. Still, would that have stopped me travelling to London this weekend to watch United had I managed to get a ticket. No chance!
I’d have loved to have been in that away end today and tick off yet another new ground watching United in. However, unlike years gone by, I can’t get to the away games like I used to.
Support the team, back the manager and encourage the players to be better. No excuses.
Last weekend was unforgivable. It still hurts now and will hurt for years to come. With reminders about that result forever. We will bounce back though and thankfully we pulled off a tactical change and performance yesterday which got us the three points. Credit where credit is due.
However, issues and problem areas still need addressing of course, so let’s hope that continues.
