Hand to hand - podcast #161

Chelsea 0 v Manchester United 0. A decent enough performance from United yesterday evening, but unfortunately not a good enough result for us to keep up with City in the title race.

If we are accepting the title chase is over (I’m not and never will), then the priority now has to be about getting the team and our football absolutely right and ready for a full-on title challenge next year. As there is nothing else to play for in the league this season other than finishing as high as possible as always.

Season on season there has been improvements under Ole and that has to continue. He knows it himself and this summer’s signings are going to be massive to bring in the correct players in the correct positions that we all know United need to challenge for the title. That has to be the priority now above everything else.
