Southampton 2 v Manchester United 3. It would have been very easy to criticise United at half-time today in front of my young son. I know better though and so does he.

We never give up and like always, we believe United will win every game. Being 9 though, he’s not experienced United being behind too often at half-time. Let alone being 2-0 down and then being in a ground to witness a come back.

I myself have seen it on many occasions, including at least twice at Man City away. Still, we both agreed at half-time, that despite United being behind that it was a fairly even game, yet Southampton had scored from two set-pieces. Very frustrating!

I was confident United would still improve in the second-half and of course still win the game. Enjoy the podcast:
